Aftermarket radiators are known to be strong on impacts but often are expensive, heavy and do not fit correctly. CPR Fab starts with an already proven part, the OEM radiator, and fully TIG welds each and every seem and port making them virtually indestructible. Supercross teams have been using this trick for years and now we offer this service to you for not much more than the retail price.

Each new OEM radiator is meticulously TIG welded using only 5356 filler rod and argon purged to maintain the strongest weld possible. Go ahead and smash these, your chances of finishing or getting home just increased dramatically.

NOTE: the first image below is from our race bike in the 2006 Baja 1000 race to La Paz. At mile 710, Chris Parker was forced to lay the race bike down at 60 mph to avoid going into a washout created by a recent hurricane. The radiator was smashed into the cylinder head and bent the lower spigot completely over. The bike raced another 338 miles to finish 11th overall without spilling a drop of coolant. This would have been impossible without the welding mod.
